How to Claim Your Seniors, Veterans, and First Responders Discount:

To ensure fairness and verify eligibility, please be prepared to present one of the following forms of identification at the time of service, and verify that the service address is your primary residence:

  • Seniors (Age 65+):

    • Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, State ID Card, Passport) showing date of birth.
    • Verification of Primary Residence: Your Driver’s License/State ID address matching the service address, OR a recent utility bill (within 60 days) in your name for the service address.

  • Veterans:

    • Valid Veteran ID Card (VIC) issued by the VA.
    • Driver’s License or State ID Card with a “Veteran” endorsement.
    • Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC).
    • DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) – for visual verification only; please do not provide copies.
    • Verification of Primary Residence: Your Driver’s License/State ID address matching the service address, OR a recent utility bill (within 60 days) in your name for the service address.

  • First Responders (Active Police, Fire, EMT, Paramedics):

    • Valid, active department-issued ID card.
    • EMT/Paramedic certification with a matching photo ID.
    • Verification of Primary Residence: Your Driver’s License/State ID address matching the service address, OR a recent utility bill (within 60 days) in your name for the service address.
